SMS Consent and Messaging Policy

PowerCut uses SMS messaging solely for account verification and security purposes.

How You Opt In

Users opt in to receive SMS messages by entering their phone number within the PowerCut application and requesting a one time verification code to sign in or create an account. SMS messages are only sent after this user initiated action.

Message Purpose

Messages are sent exclusively for:

• Account verification

• Login authentication

• Security related access

PowerCut does not send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages via SMS.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on login attempts and account access activity.

Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you re opt in by initiating another verification request.

Privacy and Data Use

Phone numbers are used only for account authentication and security. PowerCut does not sell, rent, or share phone numbers with third parties except as necessary to deliver SMS messages through our messaging provider.
